Flower design: The thread colors of the flower design cannot be changed and will remain exactly as shown.
Font: The name font cannot be changed and will be embroidered in the font shown in the listing.

For example, please do not choose brown thread on a brown blanket, as the name may not have enough contrast to be easily seen.

We recommend choosing a thread color that stands out against your blanket. We will embroider the color selected at checkout, so please review your choices carefully before placing your order.

Because each blanket is custom embroidered specifically for you, all personalized orders are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, once your order has been placed. Cancellations are ONLY available if we HAVEN'T already begun embroidering.

Hand wash is preferred to help protect the delicate knit and embroidery.
If machine washing, use a cold, gentle cycle with a mild detergent.
Wash with similar colors.
Lay flat to dry to help maintain the blanket’s shape.
Do not bleach, wring, or twist.
Avoid high heat and do not tumble dry.
Do not iron directly over the embroidery.
