• Processing time: Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days.

• Delivery time (within the U.S.): USPS generally delivers within 4–6 business days.

• International orders: Delivery times vary by location and may take longer due to customs processing.

Delays:

• Once shipped, delivery times are out of our control. Postal delays can happen due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues.

• Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by their country.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, but we are happy to help track a package or guide you through next steps if needed.

Lost or Delayed Packages:

• In the rare case your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us. While we cannot guarantee carrier performance, we’ll do our best to support you.
