Returns & Cancellations:

Returns: Not accepted.
Because our items are custom-made, we cannot accept returns. However, please reach out if you have any concerns—depending on the circumstances, we may be able to offer a suitable resolution.

Cancellations: Accepted.
Requests must be made before your item has shipped.

Shipping:

 

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

  • Orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days.

  • USPS delivery usually takes 4–6 business days, but delays are always possible.

  • If you experience shipping issues, please contact us—we’re happy to help however we can.

Care & Maintenance:

 

- Pacifier Clips (Wood + Silicone)

  • Wipe silicone beads with a damp cloth or rinse under running water with mild soap.

  • Avoid soaking any wooden parts—wood may crack if submerged.

  • To maintain wood, wipe with a damp cloth and rub lightly with olive oil when needed.

- Fabric Pacifier Clips

  • Spot clean fabric gently with mild soap and water.

  • If deeper cleaning is needed, hand wash and let air dry.

  • Do not soak the wooden clip.

  • Recondition wood periodically with a touch of olive oil to keep it strong and smooth.

- Rattles (Wood + Silicone)

  • Clean beads with a damp cloth or rinse silicone parts under running water.

  • Do not submerge the wooden ring in water.

  • Wipe wood with a damp towel and condition with olive oil to prevent cracking.

- Muslin Loveys / Security Blankets

  • Muslin blanket can be removed from wooden ring.

  • Machine wash cold/warm.

  • Air dry only.

  • Wipe wooden ring with a damp cloth; do not soak. Apply olive oil occasionally to preserve.

- Crochet Bunnies & Bears (Dolls)

  • Spot clean only with a damp cloth.

  • Do not machine wash or submerge in water, as stuffing and yarn may lose shape.

  • Allow to air dry completely after spot cleaning.

Safety Instructions

 

  • Always use under adult supervision.

  • Check clips and rattles before each use. Discard if damaged.

  • Do not allow child to sleep with pacifier clips attached.
